With over a decade of experience in both education and mental health counseling, I understand the unique emotional toll of serving others. I specialize in helping those in the helping professions—first responders, teachers, nurses, counselors, and other frontline workers—who often carry the emotional weight of others while pushing their own needs aside.
My journey began as an educator, working closely with students and families. Over time, I saw how deeply emotional challenges impacted not just students but also the adults supporting them. That’s what inspired me to step into the world of counseling. Today, I blend my background in education and therapy to help clients heal in a way that’s grounded, personal, and deeply supportive.
